Birds in Key West

We know that the bird to the left is a Pelican but have no idea what kind the right one is. Does anyone know?

The birds were watching a fisherman for quite a while – probably just waiting for him to catch a fish in order to snatch it away from him.

The bird on the right is probably a Great Blue Heron; migrated down for the warmth and open water. They are quite common around the Great Lakes and further North.
